Bizenghast Vincent cover 2

So, here's entry #2 for [link] 's nifty cover competition!! its technically entry #3, since another pic which im still working on and plan to finish and enter soon was actually thought of and pencilled before this one, but for now, that doesnt really matter!!
unfortunately the scan quality for this isn't as nifty as it could be, but i may try and scan it again later! i also am hoping to give colouring it a go, so it may pop up again soon!
in terms of the theme 'BLUE', this picture was actually created to conform to the theme, so it's fairly simple for me to explain how! in my head, the pic is actually called 'The Forget-Me-Not Prince': the flowers on Vincent and winding up the dead branches are actually forget-me-nots, and as such are a lovely blue colour! apart from this, the colour theme could be applied in any way one wished, to either conform with, or not, the theme of 'blue'. i confess to being happy with vincent himself - he feels a bit 'blue', too!
i should point out that although it looks a bit obscure, that is meant to be a heart design which is set around where the chain begins, and it is actually made of metal, but in terms of gold, silver, or some other metal im not quite so sure.... maybe silver?
im afraid its not as complete as i would like - i was on a major tiime constraint and had to scan before i was completely happy with it! gomen!
